Clearance merchandise and formal wear are non-exchangeable and non-returnable. All Sales all final.

Intimate items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable; this includes swimsuits, bras, nipple covers, panties, shapewear, etc.

We do not issue refunds. A store credit will be issued for the cost of the item. The credit is valid for 30 days; if not used within this period; it will be forfeited.

No exchanges are accepted for stained or damage merchandise. All items are checked before being dispatched.

 

We are not responsible for lost packages.

If the customer provides an incorrect address and the package is return to our store, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost again.

If you wish to exchange merchandise for a different size, you will need to cover the shipping cost.
